I AM SO HUNGRY AND WEAK. I SKIPPED MY WEIGHT TRANING TONIGHT BECAUSE I AM JUST SO TIRED. I DID MY CARDIO THIS MORNING SO I AT LEAST GOT THAT IN. I THINK I AM GOING TO STOP DOING MORNING CARDIO, I THINK IT MAY BE DEPLETING MY GLYCOGEN STORES AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO CATCH UP ALL DAY FOR MY NEXT WORKOUT. SO FROM NOW ON I AM GOING TO HIT THE GYM BY 10- AND CARDIO AFTER OR IN THE EVENING. MAYBE I NEED THE EXTRA SLEEP TOO. I JUST HOPE I START SEEING SOME MAJOR CHANGES WITH HOW SHITTY I FEEL.
I AM GOING TO TRY TO UPDATE MY BLOG EVERYNIGHT, SO AFTER THIS COMP IS OVER I CAN LOOK BACK, OR REFRENCE BACK FOR NEXT TIME.

Maybe you need more calories. Your metabolism may be up.
I actually did not do my cardio this morning and went to the gym at 9:45 did hams and touch up quads and i am not starving. i am going to do my cardio in the evening, that will also keep me out of the kitchen. I will figure it out.
