I HAVE NOT UPDATED MY BLOG SINCE MY COMPETITION. AAAAAAHH
Okay here it is in a nutshell, first my competition went well, I place second in novice tall!!! Yeah thats all well and good but it was only out of 3 girls. So whatever it wasn't really why I was competing I was more just seeing if I have what it takes to get to the stage. So I did get there right? RIGHT!!! Now on to my next thing. I am now trying to gain muscle. My trainer changed my diet, (I have been cheeting like mad) And I am lifting like crazy, I upped all my weights just trying to lift as heavy as I can. I have taken my cardio out of my weekdays. (trainer doesnt know) and I am only going to do cardio 2 days on the weekend. I feel like I burn off any muscle I build, I am sure I can take off any fat I put on in 6 weeks when I need to, and hopefully I will have nice muscle under it.

I'm so glad you finally updated...I was thinking the story didn't end 2 days out...you look so beautiful on your comp day...you should be proud...you have awesome stage presence...can't wait to see what you've got up your sleeve for next time :) Enjoy the food!! And keep posting your pictures, keep that vision alive!! Oh and men deal with change poorly...I have a feeling he'll get use to all of this...it's going to take time, and those last few weeks before comp are hard on everyone...I'm going through it right now!! You should be so proud...so beautiful!!
About time for an update girl. I kept checking. You did great and that is a beautiful picture.
You did awesome girl! That is something you will never regret doing! You were a winner setting afoot onto that stage! Your family should be VERY proud! I bet your kids are ;)
