Okay alot has happened in the past month to change my goals, once again. First My trainer put me on a bit of a building diet and i could not handle it, yeah staying fluffy just sucks when you are training hard, so I am going to compete May 2nd in the npc bikini division in Pittsburg. I may still do the Valley in Allentown at the end of May, but for now my focus is Bikini wear.
Being 40 with 4 active kids, just has killed my focus... just saying

My first week
Okay so my first week back wasn't so bad, My meals and water was 100% on track, but I missed a couple workouts and cardios. WTF... I can't do that, it was so hard trying to do "IT ALL" kids, work, life diet, and work out!! man every day I just keep thinking how did I do this last time, but when i look at my pictures I can see I definitely needed the extra cardio that i didn't get and that I cant seem to get now. So my game plan for the week is to get all my workouts in and extra cardio, i am going to force myself to get to bed early so I can get up and get at least a 45 min cardio in I know I can do this, I just have to make it happen!~!! we will see!

13 WEEKS OUT 2009
I just read my last post from July when I was going to compete and it is pretty much exactly what I would right today, except I do have my new meal plan from my trainer and It starts tomorrow. I am also on double cardios for like a month and heavy lifting. WOHOOO Let the games begin!!!!

Back to competing
Yes i am back at it and have switched this blog back to a figure competition countdown. I am very excited to be back at it, I am 13 weeks out today, and not on with my trainer until 12 weeks out so i am kind of on my own diet and work out plan until next week. In 2 days I have dropped 4 pounds, I am sure it is all water but man what a difference clean eating can do. I have been 100% for my first 2 days and feel great, a little tired until my body gets used to this again, but otherwise feeling great! I will update with pictures this week and then continue to update weekly. i love to watch the progress. the picture at the top is at my first competition, April 5th 2008. I want to lose more fat than in that picture, i cant see my abs the way I would have liked, so definitly more cardio in my future.
